Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. Please read our returns policy carefully before placing an order.


Returns

  • You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund, store credit, or exchange.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

    • Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

    • In the original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards


Exchanges

  • If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at hello@houseoftwisted.com

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • If the item is unavailable, we will issue a refund or store credit instead.


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email with proof of refund.

  • Please note: shipping costs for return of garment are non-refundable unless item is faulty.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.

  • If you received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at hello@houseoftwisted.com and we will cover return shipping costs.


How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at hello@houseoftwisted.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide return instructions.

  3. Ship your item back within 30 days of receiving approval.
